Some of the best writing in the history of film/tv. A downard spiral of a story in which every element onscreen is connected to every other element. There are no wasted characters, words, or set pieces. This is a brilliant piece of writing, though not for the faint of heart. It is a morality tale, which are in short supply these days. There is good, and there is evil. With every decision (as C.S. Lewis said), we are making ourselves creatures more fit for heaven or hell. This story will disturb you, and that is a good thing. this is definitly worth getting for any collection
this is on blu ray and boasts 55 hours of bonus features including a two hour making of documentary. this is a great series and perhaps a cult show? also there is a joke as to what would happen. what would happen if bryan cranstons character was put into witness protection program and that is how malcolm in the middle starts. i think that would be funny after what he went through
