The dress was poor quality and split on first time of wearing it. Sent photos of this. A month of conversations with seller with no resolution, No return label was provided, seller did repay postage for return, however the parcel was delivered back to me as the address provided by the seller didn’t exist which was also different to the one the item was despatched from. Got a full refund through eBay. Very stressful experience and extremely poor customer service from the seller.
