The box was extremely damaged. The seller was extremely rude, saying I was a fraud and wanted this item for free. Item came only in a grey plastic bag, not in an extra box or bubble wrapp. Company also said this was not their item, which is unbeleivable. Possibility that Royal Mail had damaged this, but neither of us would know however, this should of been correctly boxed. The company has a rude and offensive attitude. Would be 5 stars for the lego. Zero for companies attitude and delivery.

buyer was giving this as a gift. then is a collector, Contradictory. We had to ask ebay to intervene as we believe this buyer is trying to obtain a refund + keep the product. Our product is sealed and batch bought with invoices for authenticity. Their box is frayed and older. we have requested they return it. Denied so ebay have requested they return it. A buyer we would not recommend to another seller.
