Buying a specific item is hinged on many factors especially time of delivery. I ordered the item at 12noon on Friday expecting it on Saturday according to the advert, but by Saturday morning the seller had not dispatched it. When I contacted him he justified the delay stating the 24hr delivery applied only to working days. Guess what, despite the high delivery cost he charged I received the item 3 clear working days later, excluding the Friday. I won't buy from this seller again.

Hi, The item was shipped as stated via Evri next day service, any delay on the courier side is totally out of my control, there is nothing you or me can do unless you work in Evri and help them improve. Also don't forget, delivery cost also includes insurance too. Sorry you feel differently but I've done everything correctly on my side. Thanks.
