    Finally Found It!!

    My friend was looking for this particular book. I asked him the name and author and decided to check on ebay. Lo and behold, there it was. So I created an account, ordered it, and surprised him. He was like a little child on his birthday when I gave it to him. I have since ordered other products with the same results. Thanks for being there, and my friend says the book is more than he expected as far as info!!!!
