I had a few problems with my order in that the item they thought was in stock wasn't. But I was told straight away and given a choice of waiting or a full refund. The courier Yodel then failed to deliver the item and returned it. The seller was reasonable and refunded me £7 as compensation for all the delays. A good ebayer who always replied to my messages and tried to resolve problems
