Olympus FE-300
I purchased a C70 when Olympus introduced it. The results have been stunning. On the strength of that model I bought an FE-280 as something I could always have in my shirt pocket when out and about or on holiday and which my wife could also use if the mood took her. Again a great success. The FE-300 is just a trade up for the holiday camera, the FE-280 has been passed on to a very grateful relative. I LOVE this camera.
The Olympus FE-300 represents an emerging class of digital cameras targeted at the beginner wooed by double-digit megapixels. At 12 megapixels, the FE-300 is one of several cameras that reach an all-time high resolution for point-and-shoots. When Olympus launched its 12-megapixel entry-level camera in August 2007, Olympus called it the slimmest in its class.

a good camera for your money
good camera easy to use, with slim design and slick looks, i updated my FE-280 with this one, fun and simple to work all functions. Although the only difference i noticed is the image quality at fully zoomed pitchers is a higher and clearer with the FE-300. Overall a good,fun, easy to use camera and excellent for home photography.
