Very easy to set up, both the hub and programming the unit. Follow the instructions provided and it is easy to install in the door. The unit is slightly tapered so you need to cut the hole to the recommended size. So far very pleased, the cat is still getting used to the noise it makes when his chip activates the lock. Best to install it when the weather is warm and you can leave it taped open so your cat get used to going in and out through it. So far very pleased.

Faulty flap it sticks on one side. Cats unable to exit It was fitted professionally at personal cost to ensure done correctly. But cats cannot exit as the door has to be forced open on one side. So this defeats the usage as intended. Complaints to Pet safe helpline have ensued, but it is very distressing . The Hub control works when door opening has been achieved

Gives piece of mind to know if your cats are in or out. Allows different permissions so you can keep them in if you need to and you can set up to 4 curfew times too.

Works as well as it says, was concerned when I read instructions about placement of hub to router and cat flap and the amount of Ethernet cable given. But works even with hub on floor above.
