Overpriced shipping for an untracked service that arrived late due to the seller’s mistake. I was understanding of this until I received the item and realised the seller had hidden stains in the listing photo, and had lied in chat when I purposely asked about the condition of the item before purchasing, stating the item was “used but almost as new”. Seller was difficult to deal with, as they believed used = stained - eBay had to step in and help to sort the return and then again to refund.
