I purchased dvd’s from the seller for $522.00. The listings described DVD’s as “Mint”
Approximately 80% of the DVD’s have some scratches. They’re in decent condition but not mint.
Seller did offer to accept a return. I declined as I don’t want to have to box up 80 lb’s of DVD’s and schlep them back to the post office. They will likely all play and shipping them back is a major inconvenience.
Attached photos are typical of condition. OK but not “Mint”. If condition is important, buyer beware!

I don't negotiate with opportunists. You were rude long before the package reached you so this doesn't surprise me in the least. If an order is so "wrong" that you feel license to verbally abuse strangers, lie about their work, and demand $100 back (or else!!) then a free return and a full timely refund shouldn't be offensive. You even admitted it matched the description and included pictures proving my point. Karma will take care of you and my customers will take care of me.
