    Lovely rug, well made and very well packaged. Thank you for the price drop - makes a difference. The rug has a dominant cream colour rather than white as the photos show. However, happy with the rug and will keep. Communication needs a little improvement as I asked for a special delivery request which was kindly approved but later ignored or was initially misunderstood.

    Item arrived in good condition as pictured. Wool is really thick and comfy. Takes a while to arrive but still arrived within the window. Given limited communication I was a bit worried the item wouldn’t arrive but was very happy when it did. Some more updates on order status would improve confidence.
