The bike arrived but needed assembling which I didn’t realise and didn’t have the skills to do. Also bits were bent. However the seller worked really hard to resolve these issues and refunded me some money so I could pay for somebody to rectify the problem as sending the bike
Back would be so much hassle. The seller was responsive and communicative and I guess that’s just what you need when something goes wrong.
