Its a great environmantally friendly way of working as well. Mine was missing the lumbar support but they sent one next day delivery. Worth noting is the way the gas cylinder fits the centre of the base, if you use on carpet it can drag as there is only 5mm clearance- easily fixed with a set of larger roller blade style wheels form Amazon for £20 but worth bearing in mind

I was present to receive the item, and immediately checked it. I noticed the back headrest was missing and messaged the seller via their Ebay account, and through their own website, as well as lodging a chat message website. I later see a message that the headrest is awaiting despatch, and a few days later, it arrived. It took some effort, but eventually all good.
