Tracking never showed that it had been dispatched, seller not answering messages forced me to open an item not received case with eBay who thankfully took my side and were forced to issue me a full refund. Would avoid this seller 100%. I got the wrong end of the stick because a photo review of "this item" showed them as being included. The neutral rating reflects that the returns label was for a 5kg package and the communication from the seller was slow and limited. Would not recommend if you are unsure about what you are buying.
