Bike was exactly as the photos showed. I was hesitant about delivery as didn't have a day confirmed when I paid and was away at the back end of the 10 day window. Got a call from the delivery company 3 days after purchase at 1pm and said they could deliver later that day. Was very smooth and professional, great communication throughout. Brilliant company the bike was as described all good ,but then had email a week later saying the keys had turned up an they would post them on brilliant, received keys couple days later again brilliant saved me soooo much time an money having them which they did not have to do, so many thanks ,,,,,,,
