    Bought this to use together with mouth tape and seems to be working. No instructions provided so tried heating in boiling water to mould shape to teeth but this is a more rigid material than a previous one I had and didn't soften very much, although that may not be such a bad thing as it does retain it's shape better. The previous one I tried from another supplier was too soft, so being former, this one holds this one keeps the jaw forward better.

    It’s ok but can’t say whether it will stop my snoring that will be decided by my family!🤣 One issue is the case does not close shut and after close inspection it’s obvious that it can’t, a design failure.
