Exactly as described; keycard arrived quickly in a factory sealed box . This item is the best value I've seen out there. I had some problems installing it, but that's not the seller's fault. Norton really makes it difficult, because they want you to purchase Utilities Ultimate separately from 360 after a trial version. (Here's a hint: If you you can't activate Utilities Ultimate - you must remove any previous versions from your computer). Very satisfied with this purchase, and recommend seller.

    Not what I hoped for.

    The print quality is not very good. If you want a good print you have to use the photo program and select best quality. I was very disappointed that the normal print program doesn't have a selection between Best, Normal and Draft print functions. The default setting gives a very substandard print, especially when the page is mostly black and there are a few lines in color. The color lines are barely readable. I am disappointed in this product but will probably keep it because of the low cost for ink.

    Good buy, needed some work to get going

    It was obviously a new but store used printer. It would not print when I received it. The ink had already been installed. I had to clean the heads 4 times before the color would work. If I didn't know to do this I would have sent it back.

    Item purchased did not mention it was used.

    The printer came with the ink tanks full. I had to clean the heads several times to get it to work. Very difficult setting up wifi. Don't know if its my printer or the computer. Finally got it to work with a usb cable. It now works to my satisfaction.
