    Unhappy very disappointed

    The instructions are very difficult to follow it took my husband and I at least a hour to find out how to enter the phone numbers. Also we are unable to change the phone ringing 5times to 12times,we are 82yrs,and unable to get to the phone before the answering machine cuts in.The previous Panasonic phone was far easier to use,so no wouldn't recommend it

    NASA grade communication

    I cannot imagine a better multi handset internal digital telephone system, it does all that I can ask of it and a shed load more besides, Panasonic have thrown a huge amount of intelligence at this design, and the result is superb audio clarity and inter handset functionality. 4 operational phones, from 1 BT socket and plenty of no-fade range. Up to 18 hours talk time and 200 hours standby, Extraordinary.....

    Very satisfactory phone system

    We bought the BT equivalent but it was so awful we ditched it and bought this Panasonic. Better features include speakerphone and tones that don't grate on the nerves.

    Not good.

    The hand sets are not as easy to sit in their charging positions as the older KX-TGD620E. There is no “Copy phonebook entries” facility despite 120 names to transfer.
