Exactly as described; keycard arrived quickly in a factory sealed box . This item is the best value I've seen out there. I had some problems installing it, but that's not the seller's fault. Norton really makes it difficult, because they want you to purchase Utilities Ultimate separately from 360 after a trial version. (Here's a hint: If you you can't activate Utilities Ultimate - you must remove any previous versions from your computer). Very satisfied with this purchase, and recommend seller.

    Great item.

    Great product but I needed help to set it up and conceit to my Mac. Beautiful print and quiet. I also does photos very well . I really like the ink system, it's very easy to fill the tank. I recommend this machine.

    Epson junk

    Very flimsy, fragile, cheaply made. Not like any of the previous great Epson printers. Don't expect it to last very long. The one system the only good thing about it. It does print good color images.
