The buyer was refunded immediately without even having to ask - they were at a non-mainland address which would have cost more than the cost of the item itself and the postage combined, The buyer did not indicate they were at a non-mainland address and would therefore have known about the increased delivery cost. They have unfairly left negative feedback.
