I purchased a canister that arrived covered in brown sticky tape that left a massive gluey residue when removed plus part of the underneath was missing. The seller is asking me to return the item which I paid £9 for. They are expecting me to pay the postage. The item is clearly damaged as can be seen by the photos that I sent to them but they are saying they need to inspect it. This is very bad customer service. I should be refunded or at least they pay return postage.

Absolutely not, you should read the postage T&Cs, we allow returns and you can see from all of our other feedback that we accept all returns and refund where due.
We said you can send it back, buyer pays returns. ebay allow us to specifiy this in our listings. you should of done your diligences before complaining, we have offered to take it back for a full refund.
