    Unfortunately whoever packed my item didn't take much care and instead of rolling it was roughly folded and damaged when it arrived (hence the single star for condition). I can't fault the customer service and the quality looks good despite all of the creases and tears. I was offered a refund without any issues. The supplier has promised to investigate the issue and hopefully they will avoid any recurrence in the future.
