It was dirty, the manual was water stained and the vacuum bag used. Really disappointing. It does seem to work fine, and the price was decent... I'm just really disappointed by the deceptive labelling. I'm sure I could return this, but it's a large item and that'd be a huge pain. I don't leave negative feedback lightly - this is well deserved.

The delivery was prompt & earlier than expected. In a modern world where we are busier than ever, this has let us help our parents clean up after their grandchildren (not that they make mess!) And reduce the extra work for them off looking after them to help us. Happy grandparents, happy parents and happy kids. It also helps the kids get their steps in following it to ensure it sucks well!!!!!!
