When we reached out to inquire about the delay, they offered a rather unconvincing excuse, claiming that USPS took longer than usual to accept and deliver the package. This explanation felt more like a way to deflect responsibility rather than a genuine reason for the holdup. Given our previous experiences with timely shipping, this was not the level of service we expected.

BUT PLEASE improve on getting things to the shipper. It shouldn't take 2 weeks for that to happen.
