The products are always of a high quality from this brand and I will continue to buy from Anker. I wasn't pleased with the UPS delivery company as they often cannot find the address but instead of contact me they keep rescheduling everyday leaving you wait around for nothing! The product was opened but in original packaging and I feel it was worth what I paid as I am taking a small risk getting refurbished.

When I contacted the seller, they said I need to work with the courier. Luckily for me, the parcel turned up after a couple of days. But if it hadn't it would have been a nightmare working with the courier, I guess as a seller, the responsibility should be on them to ensure the package gets delivered.
