    It takes getting used to the motion but it provides a decent workout. It doesn’t take up much room, which is great. It was a bit tricky putting it together as some instructions could be clearer & some screws were really difficult to remove before having to put them back in place. The media stand had no instructions so had to guess. Have to wear shoes to exercise as it’s very uncomfortable for the feet in just socks.

Overall verdict is that it is really good, strong and sturdy and doesnt take up much room at all. Hubby waiting for knee replacements so couldnt manage it just yet, i had a couple of tries and at first i couldnt get the pedals to move, but i persevered and managed to get it going.
