    The seller didn’t pack the doll properly. They put a thin sheet of “bubble wrap” over the doll and put the doll inside a thin bag? The doll arrived damaged. In the description it states that the doll is new but it has stains on the dress. Really unhappy with my purchase. I also contacted the seller and they refused to give me a full refund, they was also really cocky about the situation even tho it was their fault that the doll got damaged in transit. I don’t recommend this seller.
