I was surprised at how light it is, and at how tinny the bowl is. TBH, it doesn't look very well made; the 4 screws at the base of the bowl have a gap between the screw head and bowl, and the 2 screws near the top, that keep the handles in place don't look well screwed in either. I haven't yet used the dough maker so I can't comment on that; but those 4 screws at the bottom of the bowl need tightening first.
