      Lack of communication, lack of help, lack of services. Texted the seller for help to check the item condition. Instead, got an -10% offer after 2 days. I paid for the item hoping that he will reply after, and I waited 4 days in total and nothing. I asked eBay to help me get in touch with the seller. Instead, the seller cancelled my order and wrote that he intended to reply but sometimes life gets in the way. Lame excuse, if he had the decency to communicate everything would have been fine.
