    A good insight to mental health but LOL as well

    I thought this book was going to be a bit hard going but Bryony Gordon tells it like it is but with a great sense of humour. It gives you a great insight on how people with mental health issues see situations that most people take for granted. Great book - found it hard to put down!

    Should be compulsory book to read for anyone going through mental health issues

    Bryony Gordon should be applauded for her sheer honesty and willingness to use her experiences to help others. Reading this book has opened my eyes to a lot of my own issues that I never would have even addressed beforehand. She is an inspiration to every woman (and man) who has ever had any sort of mental health problems as she gives them a new confidence they are not alone, despite what the illness tell you!

    Massive disappointment

    I would definitely not recommend this book - written by absolutely self-absorbed, selfish, irresponsible human being. Everything in this book just creams: me me me me . I could suggest growing up & taking responsibility for your own actions.
