I have the TCL 50 Pro Nxtpaper phone so had an idea what to expect. The immediate impact is long battery life when set to colour ink paper instead of full colour. The screen is vibrant for daily use, and subtly different for video Apps but quite acceptable given the price point. With the black & white you can throw away your KIndle and read books on the big screen too.
