It didn’t seem as if appropriate packaging had been used. I contacted them about this and have had great communication from them where they offered a partial refund. As I had managed to scoop most of it up, this wasn’t necessary but I appreciated the offer and how well they communicated with me. I would definitely come back for my next supply 👏
