Packaging had two small holes/rips in it - I would recommend some form of internal thin bubble wrap as a prorection - fortunately ok on opening. Also folded over to reduce packaging/costs to the supplier I presume, which I understand, but could this cause a misshapen cushion incl stretched/creased cover?.....perhaps not with being sat on over time?......just saying......overall though, very good.
