    Works but could be better

    I had to take apart my garage door opener in order to pair it (I have a really old Genie garage door opener), but it worked. I was also expecting better range, but its not much better than the old remote I replaced. My old remote lasted me about 10 years, so if I can get at 5 least years out of this one I'll consider it a decent value for the price.

    Strong fingers are recommended

    This remote isn't large and bulky like many others. Its quite small but aptly sized to do it's job. Programming was easy and only took five minutes. The only drawback - The button doesn't push into the unit as one might expect, on mine anyway. I have to push really hard to activate the garage door and I'm never really sure if I've pushed hard enough until I see the garage door go up. It often takes a few hard presses before I see the door go up. I'm used to hearing it click.

    Work great and economical

    We had these remotes for about a year and they are still working great. The old Genie remotes were big and would have to push button several times to get the door open even with new batteries. But these new remotes, just a light touch of the button, and the door is opening. The price was better than the local home improvement store.

    Everything it should be!

    Turned out to be perfect, fits on my husbands keys. It was just really great to have this. I'm going to have to get one for myself. I can open the garage from anywhere AND it actually has a longer range than the one i use for my car visor. It is the same brand, but we can open the garage from 2 houses down with this thing, where is with the one on my visor it can only do it once i get right to the house before turning into the driveway, leaving me waiting for the door to fully open. But with this one we can just drive right on in. PERFECT!

    Great garage door opener remote! It's small enough to easily carry it on a key ring. It's good quality (durable) and easy to program. I was able to confirm with Genie that it is compatible with ANY Genie door opener!
