    Slices through steak like butter!

    I didn't expect the knives to be so easy to cut a 1" thick steak, but it goes right through the steak without the steak cut being shredded that you would find with serrated knives. I am not kidding. These knives cut like butter through a steak, and it leaves a smooth cut on the steak. For the price, you can't beat this as other similar knives are double, triple or even more than what I paid.
