After 2 weeks I messaged them to find out what was going on. The package was apparently lost. They offer to reship but said it might not be there by Halloween. I had to go out last minute and find something my kids would wear. Still no sign of them but tracking says delivered. Seller is now ignoring me and it's been several days!
