I called my grandson to see if he received it he thought he did because he had several items coming in. It was never shipped out. I was unable to file another claim.     I wouldn't purchase anything from this clown again! I received the hitch with the ball seized in the hitch; I contacted the seller to return the item, and everything went downhill from that point. I explained the problem and the hitch wasn't fully functional as described; all the seller would say was both I and a local dealer that confirmed it didn't work correctly didn't know what we were talking about and everything was my fault so they would not take it back!
