      needs a better instruction guide book

      Easy to use once you get it figured out. The direction pamphlet is written very poorly and leaves out many features. I'm not sure it was event written by and English-speaking author. The grammar is very bad.

After I figuredvout how to set it up I tested it with a regular dvd for Region 1 & it played great. The picture is great. Now the only test is getting othe Region dvd's & testing them. I do wish it played Blu Ray's but I reckon, I can't have everything..

      THIS PRODUCT IS A WINNER

      Took it out of the box, plugged it in and it was good to go. very pleased with my purchase so fat. I have some videos that wouldn't play on my old on that I haven't had time to check out yet which is the reason I bought this one. This unit is suppose to play everything so hoping this is true. So far I rate this product a winner.
