My issue is that the seller asked how the item should be shipped and provided rates for different options. I explicitly selected UPS because the postal service does not deliver to my area, but UPS does. The seller shipped the package through the postal service anyway! It was lost for several weeks. Only in that I footnoted my PO Box did it eventually find me. Did you actually receive the item??? We shipped it UPS, but the mail man accidentally picked it up and took it. We assume its been sitting in the mail distribution hub here in Louisville, we have made numerous phone calls with no call backs, anyone working the desk claims they can look for a package and just gives us a different number to call.
