(20%+ loss converting 3.7v to 5v). My capacity meter discharged at 1.25A and got 4.3Ah (4300 MAh) I wasn't expecting 9 Million MAh, but did expect 6 or 7000 Mah. It charges my iPhone (1.8A) twice and my Android (4Ah) once Still good value for the capacity. I tried the fast charge lead in a 2A mains charger and it blew. The seller generously sent me another. Won't try that again!
