Another rug I bought from this seller had a massive discrepancy in the color portrayed in the listing and what it looked like in real life (see photos - the pale one is what I thought I was getting). I’m an interior designer and had to sell it for a fraction of the cost to get it out of my client’s house as quickly as possible. The seller offered to send me a replacement but then never did, and he stopped responding to my messages.
