    A week has passed, and the item still hasn’t been shipped. I’m not surprised—this isn’t the first case of incompetence from this seller. Last time, they sent me a low-quality phone case, and when I pointed out the clearly poor quality, they said they would send a new one. However, they never provided a tracking number. After a month, when I tried to get a refund, I couldn’t because more than 90 days had passed. The seller simply started ignoring me. Beware of scams from this seller and dont buy!
