After my initial purchased was canceled, I repurchased a replacement wedding ring for my wife hoping to present it to her on "Mother's Day". Unfortunately, I arrive home from an exhausting week only to find that my Planned surprise was "muffed" and no reason provided for the 1st nor 2nd cancellation. I was utterly disappointed! mReply from: coolringsdirect- Feedback replied to by seller coolringsdirect.- Feedback replied to by seller coolringsdirect.There is a limit of what I can engrave so that it can be read clearly. I explained this, but didn't get a response. I emailed a few times, but never got a response.
