    Communication with seller prior and after purchase was good. Unfortunately item (home theater unit) was not packed as suggested (several bubble wrap layers) and eBay shipping mishandled the box in transit, causing it to arrive damaged (loose piece inside unit and LCD screen not functional). Got a full refund but it's a bummer to waste time because of mishandling packages. Not to mention how ridiculously high eBay shipping is. With those prices the least the could do is to handle stuff with care.
