Item was not very well packed. It was shipped in well-worn OEM box with just three tissues inside for padding. This was placed in two joined cardboard boxes with one piece of padding at one end only. This was in turn wrapped in heavily-taped plastic. Parcel rattled when picked up. Despite shortcomings in packaging, the plane did arrive completely undamaged.
