I messaged straight away and I had a reply from baris. Baris was on the ball looked into it straight away for us. Once realising it was not delivered he got straight onto sending another one great communication threw out. It did take a little longer for it to arrived but baris sent us a free desk for our trouble. The unit is gorgeous love it definitely worththe wait I would definitely recommend.

After weeks of excuses I got a tv stand but it was a wrong one. I kept being promised every day that he will eventually send out the right thing. I received a refund but they still kept promising that the tv stand will arrive. Got me waiting on multiple Saturdays as he promised it’s on its way. After ignoring my messages, I got told more excuses. It’s been a month and I still haven’t received it
