    good but they cut out major sections of the book

    It's not the best Dickens TV adaptation. It is not in the same league as the TV versions of Little Dorrit, Bleak House or the Daniel Radcliffe/Maggie Smith version of David Copperfield. It is watchable but not outstanding. I think they over-simplified the book. There are a few story-lines and characters that they completely omitted. The acting was good.
