The seller did not engage in any communication to help rectify the issue (apart from one communication asking if they had sold me something). After numerous phonecalls with UPS I ended up having to travel an hour long round trip to collect the item from a central shipping centre. It was done after the parcel was sent so I couldn't do anything to change it because it was desptached. The house number was included as the label was done through the packlink service.
