Phone box was already unsealed, internal plastic bag was also open & worse, multiple scratches on screen! Messaged seller who replied "Someone else's order came to me" - what garbage. It should not be down to me, the buyer, to resolve sellers fraudulent scam.

    help! poor battery life!!
