One snap for the quick release system is broken, but it doesn't affect usage at all, and the pack was in service so little things like this are to be expected. Minor issue and does not impact how satisfied I am with the seller or the item at all. :) Took my first hike with the pack the day after I got it. Super pleased! Looking forward to doing more with this rig!!
